Back to School Information
Hello Fischer Families,
We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to school after our winter break. I am hoping the break filled with fun and relaxing times with family and friends. We are wrapping up Semester 1 of the school year this week, and next week we will begin Semester 2.
As you have read in emails from our superintendent, Dr. Adrian Talley, it is critically important that we be sure that students and staff stay home from school if they are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19. We believe that in-person learning is what it best for our students, but in order to do that, we need to do our best to keep the virus out of the building. Monday, January 10th is also a self-certfication day for all families so please be sure to answer the self-certification questions in Parent Vue prior to sending your children to school.
In addition, I am asking that parents and family members remind your children of the importance of wearing their masks appropriately by making sure the mask covers their mouth and nose. Everyone's cooperation is greatly appreciated in this matter.
As always, I am grateful for all of you in our Fischer community. We've experienced many challenges during the course of the pandemic, but with every New Year comes a revived sense of hope and renewal. We are going to embrace that.
Take care everyone!
